These groups typically meet monthly at times and locations convenient for their members, providing an informal environment for hands-on activities, and lively discussions about sewing techniques and projects

Neighborhood Groups of the Roanoke Area
| Lake Stitchers Meet fellow sewing enthusiasts every third Friday of the month from 10AM–2PM at the Moneta/Smith Mountain Lake Library. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced beginner, enjoy hands-on projects ranging from garments and handbags to home décor. We welcome visitors—come for creative fun, community, and the chance to give back through charitable sewing. Interested?
